Codex CLI 0.159.0 adds mid-response steering and richer Mermaid diagrams

Codex CLI 0.159.0 is out. It adds instant_interrupt for steering mid-response, plus a compact welcome screen and turn tips.

Mermaid diagrams gain richer edges, labels, and groups. Release notes are in the Codex CLI 0.159.0 changelog.
